Date, Time and Place     The meeting was held on Wednesday, April 23, 2008  at 1.00 p.m. at the Conference Room of Lighting & Equipment Public Company Limited, 539/2 Gypsum Metropolitan Tower 16^th Floor, Sri-Ayudhaya Rd., Rajthevee District, Bangkok.

The Annual General Shareholder’s Meeting No. 1/2008 held on April 23, 2005 during 13.00 hours – 15.00 hours, at the conference room of Lighting & Equipment Public Co., Ltd., Metroplitan Tower 16^th Floor, 539/2 Sri-ayudhaya Road, Rajthevee district, Bangkok 10400.  There were 49  shareholders and their proxies attended the meeting with total shares of 42,473,582 shares, representing 92.67% of total paid up shares, and therefore the meeting had a quorum.

เนื่องจากมีผู้ถือหุ้นให้ความสนใจที่จะเข้าชมโรงงานของบริษัทฯซึ่งได้รับการส่งเสริมการลงทุนจาก BOI  ในปีที่ผ่านมา  จากการปรับเปลี่ยนเครื่องจักรใหม่ให้ทันสมัย และได้จัดสร้างห้องปฏิบัติการทดสอบเพื่อให้สามารถพัฒนาสินค้าออกสู่ตลาดได้ตลอดเวลา  จึงจัดให้ผู้ถือหุ้นมีโอกาสได้เข้าชมการผลิตสินค้าของบริษัทฯ ณ โรงงานบริษัท แอล แอนด์  อี เมนูแฟคเจอร์ริ่ง (จำกัด) ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 15  พฤษภาคม  2551  เวลา 13.30 น.
