| Resolutions of the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting No. 1/2008
The Annual General Shareholders Meeting No. 1/2008 held on April 23, 2005 during 13.00 hours 15.00 hours, at the conference room of Lighting & Equipment Public Co., Ltd., Metroplitan Tower 16th Floor, 539/2 Sri-ayudhaya Road, Rajthevee district, Bangkok 10400. There were 49 shareholders and their proxies attended the meeting with total shares of 42,473,582 shares, representing 92.67% of total paid up shares, and therefore the meeting had a quorum.
